ALEXANDRIA, La. – The UHV women's soccer team narrowly missed keeping its unbeaten streak going.

The Jaguars fell 1-0 to Red River Athletic Conference foe Louisiana Christian on Saturday at Johnny Downs Sports Complex after a goal in the final 10 minutes.

UHV (9-3-0, 6-3-0) fell behind in the 82^nd minute after a goal from Allie Kyle of the Wildcats (8-4-2, 7-1-1).

The Jaguars managed three shots on Saturday – one each from Kyleigh Spree-Kolos, Estelle Flanagan and Chloe Spencer.

The loss snapped UHV's four-game winning streak.

UHV returns home to face Xavier (La.) on Thursday and North American on Saturday for senior day.
