Women’s golf wraps up play at Jacksonville College Invitational
JACKSONVILLE, Texas – The Texas A&M University-Victoria women's golf team finished up play at the Jacksonville College Invitational on Tuesday.
The Jaguars finished fifth at Cherokee Ranch Golf Club after shooting 350 and 373 for a two-day total of 723.
Philasinee Sirisawat led the way, finishing in a tie for 15th after shooting 82-87—169 over the two rounds. The freshman had a strong first round with just two holes worse than bogey.
Madeline Pate went 85-91—176 to finish 24th. Kaitlin Lopez finished tied for 26th after shooting 85-95-180. Laney Glass was 34th after shooting 98-100—198.
The Jaguars will wrap up the fall season at the Blinn College Invitational in Brenham on Oct. 20-21.
