An error on the Saints' first baseman allowed Xavier Ortega to come home and break the 1-1 deadlock. Then the Jaguars' piled it on, first with an RBI single by Jackson Purcell and then with two-run singles from Antonio Benitez and Connor Kaiser to put the game out of reach.
Kaiser and Benitez each had two RBIs in the game. Kaiser was 3-for-4 at the plate while Benitez was 2-for-5 to help pace A&M-Victoria's offense.
