The University of Houston-Victoria will play host to the 2017 UHV Women's Soccer Elite ID Camp on Saturday, March 25 at the UHV Soccer Field.

The Elite ID soccer camp is specifically designed to provide high school players with a collegiate training environment, instruction from top college coaches and exposure to the college recruiting process.

The camp staff will feature current college head and assistant coaches as well as current UHV student-athletes. The camp will also have a college coach panel with a Q&A session to answer any questions regarding the recruiting process to the players and parents in attendance.

College coaches from several of the top colleges from the NAIA, NCAA and junior college levels will be participating in the camp.

The camp is open to soccer players in grades 9-12 and junior colleges. All transfer students must have athletic releases prior to participation. Cost for the camp is $75. Participants must also complete and return the UHV Athletic Release and Liability Waiver with their registration.

The UHV Elite ID Camp will have a limited enrollment to ensure that all players in attendance have maximum exposure and interaction with the college coaches.

The camp will begin with registration from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., followed by an introduction of the coaches, a technical session, 7 v 7 games, a Q&A with college coaches, 11 v 11 games and closing ceremonies at 5:15 p.m. Lunch (not provided) will be from noon to 1:30 p.m.
