The first UHV Jaguar Boys' and Girls' Summer Soccer Camp will be held in in Victoria, Aug. 2-6 at the VYSO Soccer Complex located at the Victoria Regional Airport.

The camp is specifically designed to meet the demands of player development in a positive, creative, and fun learning environment. Campers will be taught fundamental skills and advanced level technical training to further develop and challenge their skill level.

Campers will be instructed on proper technique in passing, receiving, dribbling, shooting, heading, as well as providing them with age appropriate tactical knowledge using small-sided games.

The camp is open to those ages 4-17 and campers are grouped based on age, playing ability, and experience.

The camp will be broken down into two sessions each day, the first session will be from 9 a.m. to noon and the second from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Cost for the camp is $130 for one session or $180 for both sessions.

The camp will be conducted by UHV soccer coach Adrian Rigby.
